Dockerfile
Dockerfile
FROM docker.elastic.co/beats/filebeat:7.9.2
COPY filebeat.yml /usr/share/filebeat/filebeat.yml
USER root
RUN chown root:filebeat /usr/share/filebeat/filebeat.yml
USER filebeat
RUN filebeat modules enable nginx
COPY nginx.yml /usr/share/filebeat/modules.d/nginx.yml
這邊我們會需要兩個設定檔,一是filebeat.yml,另一個是nginx.yml。
filebeat.yml

# Match can be set to "after" or "before". It is used to define if lines should be append to a pattern

nginx.yml

# Set custom paths for the log files. If left empty,
# Filebeat will choose the paths depending on your OS.
var.paths: ["/var/log/nginx/error.log*"]

ingress_controller:

# Set custom paths for the log files. If left empty,
# Filebeat will choose the paths depending on your OS.
#var.paths:
這邊主要修改的就是var.paths,我們一律改成volume裡面的/var/log/nginx
docker-compose.yml
version: '3.3'
services:
flask:
build: ./flask
container_name: template_flask
# restart: always
environment:
- APP_NAME=FlaskApp
expose:
- 8080
nginx:
build: ./nginx
volumes:
- "/c/Users/user/flask-nginx-elk-demo/nginx-logs:/var/log/nginx"
container_name: template_nginx
# restart: always
ports:
- "80:80"
depends_on:
- flask
filebeat:
build: ./filebeat
volumes:
- "/c/Users/user/flask-nginx-elk-demo/nginx-logs:/var/log/nginx"
container_name: template_filebeat
# restart: always
depends_on:
- nginx
